My vagina has been itchy and now I started to have the burning kinda feel when I pee. Previously was diagnosed with fungi infection

I’ve been feeling itchy at my vagina, I feel its getting worse whereby it has starting to have the burning like of feel. I’ve been diagnosed with fungi infection 2 months ago. The doctor gave a capsule where I have to insert in my vagina and antibiotics as well. He told me to keep my vagina clean and avoid sweating but now I feel its coming back. Any home remedies I can start doing?
