Nose filler and threadlift

I just had a nose filler and thread lift on 29/12. Right after the procedure, I am having a deep red purple bruise on the upper bridge… I am so scared if that will develop a necrosis. The doc just said it is normal but I doubt the credibility that she owns… Please help me…
