Screening for covid-19. I have just completed self quarantine period over 14 days

Hye doctor. Actually i am just completed my self quarantine period after coming back from Korea on 5/3/20. And my employer needs the clearance form and a copy of fitness to declare that i am fully healthy to start my duty. So can i go to any clinic/hospital to get the screening?

Hye!

Government hospitals provide screening test for free but only to high risk patients due to limited resources. Therefore, to identify your risk, you are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories and further actions suggested will be provided according to the classification.

If you are high risk patient, you may visit the hospitals in this list for a COVID-19 screening test. (Designated Hospital for COVID-19)

We also provide home testing services, accessible through this link: COVID-19 Screening At Home.

You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

After 5.00 pm till 12.00 am, please direct your enquiries to our DoctorOnCall website at this link DoctorOnCall Tanya.
