Teeth pain at left side

Hi, i have been having teeth pain (aching and poking pain) on my left side for 3 weeks+. The pain is when i drink, eat and talk. It will hurt for few seconds then goes away. Then comes back again whenever there is mouth movements. Been going to a dentist. They took xray which shows an infection at my gum area due to dead cell in one of my teeth. Ive taken the teeth out. But the pain that ive felt before removing out the teeth is still there.
