Thank you for your question.

For your information, COVID-19 screening is usually subjected to patients that have experienced a fever. However, with regards to your upper back pain, it can indeed be the symptoms of the condition such as:

  • Muscle or ligament strain
  • Cumulated work fatigue
  • Upper extremities exhaustion
  • Use of certain medications
  • Pressure or inflammation on the nerves
  • Neuropathy or nerve injury

Please seek a doctor if the symptoms persist.

Anyhow, we understand your worries especially towards a potential close contact and possible positive symptoms of COVID-19

Want to boost your body’s immunity? Supplements are always a viable option!

For your information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:

  • Fever (more than 37.5 degrees Celcius)
  • Fatigue

  • Sore throat
  • Headaches

I would also encourage you to answer this quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories. Further instructions will be given at the end of the quiz. Please act accordingly.
