Bacteria Infections due to injury?

Hi Doctor. I am a male aged 40. I have been using ear drops (antibiotic content according to pharmacist) on my ear(s) for almost 2 years already. If I skip the drops, ear(s) would produce some liquid & might block my hearing. Oral medication private doctor doesn’t recover my ear situation. So, doctor… What is the condition of this situation? Was it a bacteria infection due to last time injury? Why the bacteria never dies?
