Been experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, upper back pain, stabbing in the heart. Please advise me on what it could be, thank you

Hi Doc. I’m experiencing pain in my chest, left arm, shoulder and back. It started out as a muscle sore, then it worsened to constricting pain. I had shortness of breath last night, each inhale caused a stabbing pain in the heart. It got better in the morning. Nausea all week too. I’m 25 btw. Please advise what it could be. Thanks.
