Unknown Shortness of breathe issue

I’m having unknown issue of shortness of breathe. I have conduct medical check-up in a hospital and it seems my lungs, heart and blood sugar level are normal.

However, I’m still can’t pinpoint which is the source of my problem. I once thought that, taking caffeine would be the cause… But there’s a time where i survived one month straight without shortness of breathe with drinking coffees (recently).

There’s also a day where I avoid taking any caffeine, I still suffers from shortness of breathe

My current BMI is 35.5
