Hi doc, I am a woman in my 20’s. Currently in this week, i feel headache and have difficulty to breathe especially when i lie down, my heart feel so heavy. Even after i wake up from lying down, my head spinning and also effect my eyes. Besides, my body always masuk angin and kaki selalu rasa sejuk. What are the factors and causes? Thank you doc.

We truly understand your concerns regarding your breathlessness that occurred particularly when lying down which accompanied by headache, dizziness and blurring of vision or eye pain. These symptoms that you experienced recently might be related to each other somehow.
For your information, your shortness of breath is a type of symptom that is known as Orthopnea which specifically occur when lying down (compared to Paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea which cause breathlessness during sleep), and can be caused by certain diseases such as:
