I experienced mild symptom of shortnes of breath, mild chest pain, and weak body. It started yesterday after my workout which is a very intense workout. I can feel that I am lack of water during the excercise but still pushing myself until I felt like I’m going to faint then I stop my workout. I also felt dizzy and my chest felt so stressed at the same time. The symtom is occuring until now but not that serious like when it first occurs. Any best treatment for this? Thanks.
