Breathing Difficulties Occasionally

Hi, I’m a male, mid 20s, having occasional breathlessness, last attack was 3 days ago, but relieved upon taking oral prednisolone. What could be the causes of this? I have no family history with Asthma, and not diagnosed with asthma, when I was young. I can hear occasional wheezes at times
