Feeling of breathlessness

Hi, I am in my late 30s, generally healthy and active. But for the past 1 week I suddenly found that it took me extra effort to take a deep breath, or the feeling of not being able to completely inhale.

I’m not experiencing any sore throat or cough. And never had this sensation before. Kindly advice, thank you.
