Can I switch to a nebulizer on my own or do I need a prescription?

I’ve been using inhaler for a long time and recently I find it’s hard for me to use inhaler when I’m having an asthma attack. Can I switch to a nebulizer? Do I need a prescription or I can just buy it in the pharmacy? Thanks for answering!:sparkles:
