Can pregnancy occur?

Hi dr, I’m 22/f. On 3/4/21, me and my boyfriend were alone together and we dry humped with me being fully naked and him wearing boxers and a pair of shorts. My last period for March was from 19/3/21 to 25/3/21, and when we dry humped it was 9 days after my last period. While we were dry humping, my bf went to the bathroom to pee but did not wait till the last drop of pee. Then he came back to continue dry humping still with boxers and shorts on, while dry humping he felt like he was about to cum so he pushed me away (but he did not cum) and we checked his boxers to see if there was any wet spots on him that was caused by his fluid/pre-ejaculate, then I found a wet spot on his boxers and he checked, he said it’s his pee and that he did not wait till the last drop of urine. But his shorts had like a net layer on the inside was dry and the outside of the shorts was dry too. He also assured me that it was his pee and not his pre-ejaculate. He even touched the fluid/pee that came out of it to see if it’s actually pee or not, and then he touched my vagina a few minutes later without washing his hands. Can pregnancy occur from what has happened?

Greetings! Thank you for your questions.

We truly understand your concern regarding this matter. For your information, as long as the ejaculation was not inside your body or n your vagina, you cannot get pregnant. However, if your partner ejaculates near your vagina and then fingers you, this may push some semen into your vagina. In this case, pregnancy is possible.

In addition, pregnancy symptoms do not develop immediately after having sex. It can take several days after fertilization before a woman starts experiencing symptoms. Speak with a doctor if you experience early signs of pregnancy, such as:

  • missing a period
  • nausea or vomiting
  • food cravings
  • fatigue
  • swollen or tender breasts and nipples
  • changes in mood
