Change in throat in my right side enlarged tonsil, no pain or signs of inflamation

Few days ago I’ve noticed change in my throat, as if my right tonsil is enlarged. It’s not red and it doesn’t hurt. I only had a headache and i feel ear pain a bit. What could it be? Im worried
