For your information, Postinor-2 is an emergency contraception that only works within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. However, if pregnancy has already happened, the medications will not be able to avoid pregnancy. It is advisable that you check your pregnancy status before assuming that your are pregnant. You may do this by doing a urine pregnancy test or visiting a nearby doctor.
