Irregular bleeding after taking escapelle twice in one month

I took escapelle pill twice this month first I missed my April period and then got it early this may and then after taking escapelle after some days I got my period again and dark red and then after some days I took another pill and now I am bleeding but the blood is dark red and I am have light cramps. It is a side effect of escapelle or pregnancy
