Feet always become numb continuously

Hi. I’m a student and recently I always have numb feet. It disrupt my daily activities as sometimes my tapak kaki feel itchy. I also find it quite hard during urination. I don’t have fever. I don’t drink water that much and also lack of exercising. I am afraid that I might get diabetes or even stroke. Hope you can help regarding my concern.
