Fever for three days, subside and come back again

I had fever on the 8th till 10th march. Taken paracetamol and subside. But today 13th march, fever and headache. Go to work daily for this period and only visited 1 utama mall once. Should i go check if this is COVID19 related? Where and which hospital can i go to ? Seeking urgent assitance.
