Heavy bleeding during menstrual

Im a woman, 26 years old and im married almost 2 months. During my menstrual period this time, i have menstrual cramp but only bleed 2-3 drops of blood for 2 days. Yesterday at night, i clean my room and i lift my heavy bed, after that i feeling unwell and i have stomach ache. The next day morning, when i go to the toilet to pee, there is a clotted blood fall out after pee while my pad was clean and no blood stain even a drop. After the clot pf blood fall out…im having heavy bleeding for a while and having stomach cramp…, after i took shower, the cramp still going but no bleeding at all…pad clean as new…my menstrual is normal before but this time is different and i never experience it before…what happen?
