How should I proceed

Good afternoon, man, 32 years old, I have a cough and phlegm production, before the phlegm was green, but after taking an antibiotic prescribed at Gleaneagles hospital two weeks ago, the phlegm started to become colorless, but the chest discomfort remains, besides of feeling a congested nose and ears. I haven’t had a fever on any day, it’s been over 30 days since the initial symptom, which seems to me to be a sinusitis or bacteria that the antibiotic didn’t fight. How should I proceed, given the current situation?
