I have had pale palm and lips for many many years and I suspect that I might have anemia. However, I do not have cold hands and feet which is one of the symptoms of anemia

As a kid, I had pink lips and cheeks. However as I got older, my palms and lips are very very pale to the point that people will often ask if I’m sick. And it has been this case for years. I don’t feel cold hands or feet but might this be anemia?
