I think i have Balanitis

I recently discovered that there are red spots on my glans, sometimes itching, I think I have balanitis, what ointment should I use, or what should I do.

We sincerely understand your concern with the discomfort. Generally Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans, or the head, of the penis, due to infection or another cause. Balanitis can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful, although it can be relieved with topical medication, a solid working diagnosis must be made prior to any form of treatment.
