Lump under left armpit

I am 44 years old and i have a pea size lump under my armpit (under the skin). I have been having this lump for 6 years. When i first had it, i went to clinic and see doctor. The lady doctor told me that may be due to infection from the cut during shaving of my armpit hair and using deodorant afterwards. She then asked me if i had done any blood test recently (at that time). I said yes and no sign of tumor marker as my tumor marker all looks normal. Throughout the years, I did my annual blood test/check and my tumor markers are normal, including the one i did recently (end of Nov 2020).
So, I would like to know if i should go for a more detailed check, or it’s just a normal/non-cancerous lump or maybe lipoma?
Need your opinion. Thank you.
