Lumps behind ear more than 3 month
I am a 26 years old single woman, i found that there is a lump appear behind my left ear which is about 1.5 cm size. The lump appear suddenly since november 2019 which is already 7 months. During the time the lumps appear, i am having infection on hair scalp, and my infection on hair scalp are getting better since i apply mupirocin Oinment on it (without seeing any doctor). The problem is the lump behind my ear is unmoveable, hard, not painful, but it does not become bigger. Today, suddenly i can feel a lumps on my face which located in front my right ear, which is size 0.5 cm. Its it possible development become cancer? If i need dr consult or any health check up , which department i should go? or which scan i should have?

Based on your description, lump behind ear can be caused by several factors such as:
- Swollen lymph nodes - due to infection, or lymphoma
- Cyst - sebaceous cyst (due to sweat gland blocked)
- Blocked salivary glands - due to stones or infection
- An abscess - an accumulation of white cells fighting infection
