Moist sole - What can I do? (Hyperhidrosis?)

i m 72 yr but my sole frequently feels moist/wet. Found article said solution wear socks. etc anti-fubm]ngal powder but i hardly go out, ofy=ten barefoot inside house? what solution for tropiclalclimate?
