I’m a 25y/o woman. I’ve had severe one-side headache with pain at the back of eyeball, head & neck. I’ve tried head massage & sleep in dark room to relieve the headache. After few days, still have mild headache. Is this a normal migrain?

Good afternoon,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your question and will try my best to assist you today.

For your information, one-sided headache can be caused by several reasons. Those include :

  • Stress
  • Too much caffeine intake
  • Dehydration
  • Migraine
  • Cluster headache
  • Tension headache
  • Side effect of certain medications

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend medical therapy without knowing the actual cause of your headache. Therefore, we encourage you to consult a doctor before trying any remedies or medication.

We understand your hesitancy in visiting a clinic during this pandemic, you may instead book an online consultation on our website to talk to a doctor regarding your problem.

Thank you, we hope our answer has been helpful.
