Hi doctors. I am 25 years old woman, and I may have a recurring yeast infection but not too sure if it is a yeast infection.
I got checked with my OBGYN on the 14 December. Took the vaginal inserts, and one week later I got my menstrual.
Once my menstrual was completed, 1-2 days after, the infection came back. So I bought an over the counter Clotrimazole 500mg. It cured for 1-2 weeks but now I think it may be coming back. It is not itchy, no pain, and no watery discharge for this round though, but there is oatmeal-like discharge, and not as thick as my first infection.
I’ve made an appointment for this coming week, but I am afraid it could be something else. Could it be bacterial vaginosis/or am I by any chance diabetic? Please help!
