Stomach ache or maybe colon probles

I’am a women age 19 years old. I have sensitive stomach since I was a kid. Usually if I eat anything spicy my stomach will make a fuss + i will get diarrhea but just mild. Starting last year my stomach become worst. When I poop there will be blood, but I already seek doctor and gave me medicine and plus I drank Yakult the blood stop. Whenever I poop, it always hurt and doesn’t want to go out, sometimes I need to scoop it out by myself. This happen when I have constipation. I can feel a tiny bumps every time I poop. In my conclusion I might have a tiny hemorrhoids. When I eat spicy food I will get diarrhea and it feel like an acid was throwing out from my body. My stomach is so fragile and that worries me a lot.
