Suspicious looking spot on skin

Hi, 18 year old, just this morning I discovered a dark red patch about 1x2mm in size on my cheek that wasn’t there yesterday. I am worried that it might be melanoma. The patch is asymmetrical, one toned (dark red), the border blend into the skin, relatively small and flat. Considering the situation with Covid-19, should I see a doctor as soon as possible or wait and see? Thank you!
