Swollen, Painful Nose

My nose became swollen and very painful to touch for 4 days already. It feels like there’s a huge pimple growing inside my nose. I cannot blow my nose or even wash my face because it’s painful to touch the nose area. And I even felt feverish for 4 days, hence I have to take Panadol. This is not the first time, as it happened before 3 months ago and I suffered almost 2 weeks before I can breathe normally or touch my nose. I’m not sure whether I should see a nose specialist or normal GP for my case as I worry this might happen again in the future. Please advise.
