Throat is feeling blocked

Hi, I’m female aged 24 & all of a sudden my throat feels blocked. I have no known allergies & I didn’t eat anything out of the usual. Just started feeling this earlier this evening (29/3 at around 5pm). No fever, coughing or sore throat lately. I’m able to inhale & exhale as per usual, holding my breath is ok too. And, my my sense of taste & smell seems to be normal.
I haven’t travelled in the past few months but I do work in a mall.

Throat just feels blocked like there isn’t space. Not a comfortable feeling. I just feel like swallowing saliva all the time.Should I get tested for COVID-19 just in case? Or just consult a doctor about the throat?

Thanks in advanced.
