Visible Red Veins in my eyes

I am a woman in my early 20’s . Been having red veins in my right eye for about a month now . I had static vision once accompanied with dizziness or headache. Happened twice in my life, once was after waking up from a nap. Now my left eyes are appearing red veins too. I think it all happened because there’s a new skin care product I’ve been trying and it got into my eyes. Will it go away?
