After recover from Corona symptoms, do I still need to do testing?

Hi, I’m Johnson Sim a 42 yrs old male. I’d corona symptoms started since 15/3, I’d self quarantine since 15/3 for 28 days as now I’m recovered from those symptoms such as yellow sputum, running nose, fever (Max. 37.8), Sore throat, Chest tightness & muscle pain.
Am I need to test for corona virus currently? Am I still can test on corona virus? Or am I have the antibiotic of corona virus?
Thanks.
