Birth control selection
Hello! There are many types of birth control pills available and I need some help as I am unsure which one to use. Would YAZ be a good choice? I have never used any type of birth control before.

YAZ is a combined oral contraceptive pills which means it contains both estrogen and progesterone. This type of pills should be avoided in women above 35, smokers, breastfeeding, overweight, obese, history of blood clot diseases, breast cancer and unknown cause of vaginal bleeding. Otherwise, it is safe for you to use this type of contraceptive. If you have medical illnesses, it is best you visit a doctor for a full history taking and evaluation before a contraceptive method is taken.
