Hi dr. I did sexual intercourse with my fiance 2 days back but masa Intercourse he wear condom. Masa Buat Tu condom dia broke tapi within 2 second dia dah keluarkan the moment dia feel rubber putus. Masa tu dia belum ejaculate but pre cum tu ada dalam condom. Is there any chance it will lead to pregnancy ? We did intercourse tu after 5 days my period stopped and he straight away took out the moment he felt the tearing of condom. Need your Advise on this and I don’t want this to lead to pregnancy. Thanks.

Greetings! Thank you for your questions.

First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your problem. If you are not using any form of contraception, such as pill, you may want to consider emergency contraception (EC).

This includes hormonal EC pills or a copper intrauterine device (IUD). Although EC is most effective when used within 24 hours of semen exposure, it can still be used for up to five days afterward. EC pills reduce the chances of fertilization, deliver a high dose of hormones to stop ovulation, or prevent a fertilized egg from implanting to the uterus.

The following answers regarding your current queries are just general descriptions. In order for us to provide you with an accurate choice of treatment and management, we need additional details to explore further into your current complaints. Therefore, we greatly suggest that you refer this to your nearest medical doctor for full examination. You may also click on this link (DoctorOnCall) to speak with our doctors online. We assure you that our conversations are kept in confidentiality unless additional consultation needed with other medical parties. Thank you.
