Dr,is it normal I feel shortness of breath almost every day, I have chest pain and chest tightness too,is it I need to go to the hospital ? Or it just normal things to those who have panic disorders ? But I already trying to do deep breath technique, I’m also trying to avoid any triggered that may cause panic attack, I stopped taking any caffeine for a long time,is it what I feel due to panic attack or another illness ?
