COVID19 screening required?

Male, 37yrs old, and I returned from Manila about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been experiencing fever for the past 3 days, with no other symptoms beside the fever. The clinics near my house had refuse to see me due to my international travel history, despite Philippines not being listed as high risk countries. I would appreciate your advice if i need to go for COVID19 screening? My understanding is the hospitals are packed with visitors now and i don’t want to unnecessarily go there if this is just a mild fever. Thank you.

Greetings!
