Difficulty breathing with wheezing sound

I am 26 year old boy, having wheezing sound and difficulty breathing, my throat exhales yellow liquid with dry cough when it happens. I had nasal surgery last year because I had allergies related to flue. The doctor recommended to use Dymista nasal spray everyday after surgery. I never had severe flue again though I started to have this yellow liquid and difficulty breathing with 2 to 3 months break since then. However, since last month it started happening after a week gap and since last week it is happening every 3rd day, now specially when I lay down for an hour or two, I start to have difficulty in breathing and therefore cant even sleep for long. I am a healthy man, weight around 72 kg, height 5’9, I have never smoked or drunk alcohol, I am really worried If its a serious problem or just allergies. Can you please consult me?
