Experiencing a significant fatigue to the body and concerns about the symptoms I’ve facing to clarify further if it’s possible COVID-19

I’m a man 25 y/o. I’ve been experiencing fatigue for the past two days now. It was mild yesterday and I naturally thought it’s because I’ve been working from home and sitting in front of my computer whole day. But today it has significantly worsen especially around my arms. It’s comparable to after finishing a game of badminton when you have not played for a very long time. I’m also feeling a bit colder than usual, the same feeling we normally get when we have fever. FYI I’ve tried the Assessment of risk provided in this website and all my answer is No from the first question to the last.

Greetings!

We understand your worries especiallywe are now in the midst of coronavirus outbreak.

WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:

  • Fever (morea than 37.5 degrees celcius)
  • Fatigue
  • Cough
  • Aches and pains
  • Sorethroat
  • Headaches
  • Shortness of breath

So far feeling cold is not a symptom of COVID-19z if your risk is minimal, it means that you do not need to screen for the infection. Nevertheless, you need to monitor the symptoms above.

Feeling fatigue is a general symptom. If it is not related to other symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breathe, it is less likely for it to be due to COVID-19.
