Fatigue, shoulder ache, headache for 1 week now

I’m a woman in my early 20s who has been experiencing extreme shoulder ache, persistent day-long headaches and fatigue. I’m working in office during MCO so am unsure if have come in contact with someone infected with COVID19 or not. No fever every morning when checked (around 36c) but I feel like my head is a little heated up/very uncomfortable. No cough/sore throat. Slowly decreased appetite. Not sure if it is relevant but have been having yellow discharge from vagina with fishy odor for years now. Recently having vaginal itching.
