Fever & Chest Phelgm
Hi, my daughter 4yrs old been having fever on and off for 7 days. It started with flu, fever and now to chest phelgm with sudden fever today. She have been taking antibiotic a week and completed. Together given her flu & fever medications.
By any chance, do I need to make COVID19 test? pls advice

We understand your worries especially your daughter has symptoms indicative but not exclusive of COVID-19.
For you information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:
- Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
However, as you may already aware, these symptoms are not specific to COVID-19 but can be presented in other conditions such as in common flu and other infections by bacteria or other viruses.
Therefore, you are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories and further actions suggested will be provided according to the classification.
