Having scoliolis from breastfeeding

I’m a woman 32 years old. I have been pumping milk for my baby past 1 year. Sometimes bad posture for hours a day. One day 1 experience terrible pain in my back.

My husband help me to check and it seems my back is not straight. We check further and it looks like I have scoliosis. Can it be due to bad posture? What should I do?
