Headache because sleep position
Hi, i am woman in early 30s,recently, when i sleep on my right side until morning, when i wake up i will get heavy headache, but will disappear after 10minutes… And before sleep, if if turn to right side, my right eyes will become watery… Should i be worried? It just happen recently… Or because i am using mobile phone before sleep?
