Itchy throat and cough
I am an 18-year-old girl. I have symptoms of itching and coughing in the past two weeks. Will this be covid-19? If not, how can I treat it?

We understand your worries especially with the development of symptoms indicative but not exclusive of COVID-19.
For you information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:
- Fever (morea than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
throat itchiness is not a typical symptoms of patients with COVID. However, cough is. It can be due to other health conditions such as:
- dehydration
- common cold
- influenza infection
- pharyngitis
- tonsillitis
