Low fever, headache and sore throat

I am 28 years old, I had been experiencing low fever (37 - 37.8°C) for a week. I had sore throat since 5 days ago and started to have headache yesterday.
The body temperature fluctuate when I have plenty of water n take vitamin C.
I do not have travel history to oversea for past 6 months and no close contact with confirmed covid 19 patients.
Can I get a test for covid 19 or I should just go clinic for consultation?
