Hi, Im in my 20, a woman. Just wanna ask am I just overreacting when I felt so calm and felt like the burden is gone when I saw some tweets which include the self harmings picture of people who cut themselves and watching the blood makes me felt at ease. Im afraid i was just pretending. maybe im just sad. i lost interest of doing what i love which is cleaning. I just lay on the bed all day and zoned out sometimes all i do is just watching my ceiling not thinking of anything. i dont wanna do self diagnosed. Im scared mybe im just sad mybe i just try doing what i watch abt depression
