Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Based on your explanation, seems like you are having trouble with your mental health. Mental health is a sensitive topic but it is an important one. It shouldn’t be taken lightly because it can bring harm and reduce the quality of life. Signs of depression include :

  • Feelings of sadness, emptiness or hopelessness
  • Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters
  • Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Tiredness and lack of energy
  • Reduced appetite
  • Anxiety, agitation or restlessness
  • Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or self-blame
  • Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things

If you have any of these symptoms, it is best to talk to a doctor before self-medicating to treat your condition. There can be underlying medical conditions that could also contribute to your problem. We encourage you to speak to a psychiatrist or a therapist to help you resolve this issue.
