Anxiety that troubles me in breathing

I am a man of 22 years old and a student. I have been dealing with anxiety since the start of Covid-19. I have problems breathing when using face mask for too long and when I am in a crowded places. This breathing problem sometimes led me to vomiting. Is there a way that I can prevent or reduce this from happening in the future because it causes many troubles towards me in doing my studies.
