Suddenly i get bloated when i eat dairy products and i think it is because of gastritis during the fasting season

I have never consulted a doctor before but I think I am suffering from gastritis. I went to a pharmacy and the pharmacist prescribed me with omeprazole for a week. I’ve been okay since then and have no pain or reaction to any type of food. But maybe due to fasting, I get bloated and my stomach hurts a lot for 2 hours after I eat cereal with milk. I think it is due to gastritis because it is the similar type of pain. What should I do?
